How do I place a custom order?

You can place an order directly through our website by choosing your product, uploading your design, and checking out. If you need help, simply contact us via the form and we’ll guide you.

Can I bring my own apparel for printing?

Yes! You’re welcome to supply your own T-shirts, hoodies, or other apparel, and we’ll print your design on them. Please contact us for details before sending your items.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days, but we also offer express options at checkout.

What file formats do you accept for designs?

We recommend high-resolution files such as PNG, JPEG, or vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) to ensure the best print quality.

What is your return or exchange policy?

Because items are custom-made, we can’t accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or with a print error, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.

All items sold on our site are custom-made to order based on your design or selection. Because each product is unique, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Damaged or Defective Items
Your satisfaction matters. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will review your case and provide a replacement or repair at no extra cost.

How to Claim a Refund or Replacement

2. Provide your order number, photos of the damage or defect, and a brief description.
3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Important Notes
• Items damaged after delivery or due to misuse are not eligible for replacement.
